Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount, as specified on our website.
4. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
To ensure faster delivery, we operate local warehouses in the United States, Singapore, and select other countries. Your order will be shipped from the warehouse closest to your shipping address to minimize delivery time and costs. Below are the estimated delivery times based on warehouse locations:

- Expedited Shipping: 2 business days
- Express Shipping: 1 business day
- Singapore Warehouse:
- Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days (within Singapore)
- Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days

- Other Countries (Regional Warehouses):
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days (depending on destination)
- Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days

If the product is not available in your local warehouse, it will be shipped from another location, which may result in longer delivery times.
5. International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. For international orders, your package may be shipped from the nearest warehouse or another location depending on product availability. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs.
6. Order Tracking

7. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office or carrier first. If the issue cannot be resolved, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date, and we will assist you.
